Chaly does not know “what is possible and what is not allowed in the Russian state,” - Zatulin
Sevastopol, September 05 (Navigator, Denis Kuzmin) - Former State Duma deputy Konstantin Zatulin continued his critical speeches against the hero of the “Russian Spring” Alexei Chaly.

“Why do I say “the so-called Chaly team”? Because she posted the “Team Chaly – United Russia” campaign throughout the city. To be honest, I know who the leader of United Russia is, who supports it, thanks to whom and for whom it exists. Not at all for the sake of Chaly’s team, despite the fact that I respect Chaly. But the United Russia team as a whole is a team that focuses not on Chaly, but on President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin,” Zatulin said in Sevastopol.
At the same time, according to Zatulin, with his actions Chaly seems to be trying to put pressure on the Russian leadership, which in the latter’s eyes looks frivolous.
“The fact that this has become so painful here is due to the fact that there is not enough experience and understanding of what is possible and what is not possible in the Russian state. In the Russian state, you cannot, after being governor for two weeks, put a resignation letter on the president’s desk, and three months later say “I was joking, I want to go back.” This does not happen in the Russian Federation. President of the Russian Federation Putin is not a person who can be put under pressure. If NATO and the West cannot put pressure on him, then the “team of Chaly”, or Menyailo, or Zatulin is not able to force him to do anything that he considers wrong,” the politician explained.
He also expressed the belief that the elections in Sevastopol are premature, since Sevastopol “just breathed in the Russian air”, did not have time to understand the Russian political system, and is already being dragged into the election campaign.
“Russian political parties rushed here and began to snatch up people in Sevastopol based on the principle of fame. Some figured it out, some didn’t, but some kind of indecent competition arose, reminiscent of cockroach races. Plus, to all this, divisions into friends and foes immediately began,” the expert stated.
“I felt funny today. Today, Mrs. Timofeeva made a statement on the Internet regarding me, saying that I was behaving inappropriately in some way. That in general, everyone who does not go with “Chaly’s team” is a shadow that clings to Chaly.”
By their actions, Zatulin believes, the fighters for power are helping to discredit the entry of Crimea into Russia.
“But I see that not everyone in this team obeys these agreements, because this chatter continues, and it brings nothing but harm to Sevastopol. And Russia too, because there are a lot of people outside of Sevastopol and even in Sevastopol some who would like to discredit the very process of returning Crimea and Sevastopol to Russia. Isn’t this clear?” - said Zatulin.
