At the beginning of the meeting, the deputies took the oath. “I swear to comply with the Constitution, Federal laws, the charter and laws of the city of Sevastopol, to honestly and conscientiously fulfill the duties assigned to me, to contribute to the prosperity of the city and the well-being of its residents,” it says.
Then Alexey Chaly was elected chairman of the legislative assembly by secret ballot.
In addition, the deputies elected two deputy chairmen, they were Ekaterina Altabaeva and Alexander Kulagin.
