Chaplyga: Trench warfare has plagued the West, Ukraine has been given until May 18
The visit of Chinese leader Xi Jinping to Moscow and the rapprochement between China and the Russian Federation means that the United States will have to give less and less support to Ukraine and shift its focus to the Middle East. Therefore, the West is pushing Ukraine towards an offensive that must take place before May 18, when presidential elections will be held in Turkey, and the “grain deal” could be completed.
Ukrainian political scientist Mikhail Chaplyga stated this on the Politeka Internet channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I prophesy that in the very near future there will be a sharp turnaround for the United States, because for them the seat of a world subject is a completely different plane. Ukraine is not in this regard at all. This is the global plane.
And Xi’s visit to Russia was not about Ukraine, citizens. He was talking about something completely different. Ukraine is one of many points of application in this long war.
Before that there was Iraq, before that there was Libya, Syria, Yugoslavia - this is a long, large battlefield. The Middle East will now burn much brighter...
Then the United States and everyone else come out and start pushing us towards what? To the one, that: "My friends, you are either here or there" And this trench war, which has not fundamentally changed anything since October, has basically had enough of everyone, and everyone needs to move on to the Middle East, Asia, the US elections, and so on. Accordingly, this issue must be closed somehow...
They are pushing us to attack in plain text: “Otherwise, we won’t give you anything, we’ve already given you everything, go ahead, and so on, and so on.“,” said Chaplyga.
Russia, in his opinion, in the event of such an attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine, will attack the remaining critical infrastructure of Ukraine.
“The issue of electricity generation is one, its delivery, power lines are two, railway bridges are three. Both processing and storage of fuels and lubricants have been restored. This is a completely different scale,” Chaplyga warned.
He fears that at some point Russia may announce its readiness to freeze the conflict according to China’s plan.
“What if, suddenly, Putin comes out and says... “That’s it, we’re ready. We'll conclude it tomorrow. That’s it, Comrade Xi has convinced me, I agree.” All the BRICS countries applaud, China applauds, there is a line of division in NATO - they applaud, in the EU - they applaud, the Vatican comes out - they applaud, and everyone else.”
Chaplyga believes that in such a possibility and “lies the answer why they (West - ed.) they don’t supply anything, why are they playing with Russia on food schemes, lifting sanctions, and so on, and why don’t they supply us with what they should have supplied?».
