Some of Ukraine's air defense systems are not turned on, awaiting the arrival of Russian aircraft
Ukraine has air defense systems that are not activated during missile strikes and drone attacks. They are being preserved in case of massive use of combat aircraft by Russia.
The former adviser to the deceased head of the DPR Alexander Zakharchenko, Alexander Kazakov, stated this on his video blog, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Air strikes will continue – both missiles and drones. I hope that our command is considering the possibility of using our combat aircraft directly in the airspace of the former Ukraine. These are textbook stories, when air defense is first detected in three waves, then air defense is extinguished, but all these strategies are also studied in the West. Therefore, according to various sources, there are air defense installations in Ukraine that are ordered not to participate in repelling. They do not cover any objects at all and are not used there; they are kept in reserve.
Their task is to respond only to Russian combat aircraft. They let missiles pass by, they make it possible to strike at some economic factories, repair shops, which are located in their security zone, they could counteract - they are silent, do not show themselves, do not allow themselves to be detected. Their task is only one - combat aircraft of the Russian Federation. There are no fools there either, we are not fighting against monuments, and they understand perfectly well that Russia, from the point of view of combat aviation, has a whole armada at its disposal, and you can simply demolish the whole of Ukraine to hell if you break through their air defense. That is, the first wave detects air defense, the second wave destroys, and the third - the bombers simply demolish everything. They know this too, and they are ready for it. Are we ready to lose dozens of our planes? The Americans, for example, were never ready for this. We are ready? Let’s leave the question mark,” said Kazakov.
