The Chechens called Sobchak a horse and sent him back to Moscow
Presidential candidate Ksenia Sobchak today visited the capital of Chechnya, Grozny, where she held a “single picket” in defense of the leader of the local organization “Memorial” Oyub Titiev at the memorial to fallen journalists.

In reality, it looked like this: holding a poster in her hands, Sobchak gave interviews to numerous journalists, among whom was her personal cameraman Beata Bubenets, who made films glorifying the Ukrainian punitive forces.
Ksenia called the fight for the release of political prisoners an important part of her election campaign. She included among these not only Titiev, who, according to her, went to prison for investigating murders and kidnappings, but also Oleg Sentsov, convicted of organizing a terrorist attack in Crimea. The candidate said that she asked for an audience with Ramzan Kadyrov, but he refused her.
After the picket, Sobchak decided to take a walk around the city, which turned out to be deserted. Her entourage convinced the candidate that the authorities had deliberately dispersed people because of her arrival. Seeing a young man selling coffee from a car, Ksenia rushed to him in the hope of finding a potential voter.
“Why do you drink coffee? “It’s harmful to horses,” the bearded man addressed Sobchak.
Ksenia tried to reprimand him that they don’t communicate with women like that.
“We behave differently with decent women, but you have bad intentions. We even had troubles because of people like you. We don't want to see you even as a presidential candidate. We don’t want Russia to be turned into “Dom-2,” the man said.
He and his comrades accompanied the candidate on her further walk along the deserted avenue, shouting insults like “Mare, go home!”
