About it Radio Prague reports.
According to the accelerated employment project, 500 technical specialists from Ukraine can be employed at Czech enterprises.
It is noted that we are talking about a pilot project; if it proves itself, the Czech Republic will offer simplified visa processing for representatives of other professions. At the first stage of the program, highly qualified specialists will be accepted, of whom there is a clear shortage in the country. Ukrainians will be able to take only those available vacancies that are offered on the labor market for more than 30 days and in which there will be no interest from Czech job candidates, Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka emphasized.
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Mikhaela Marksova-Tominov will simultaneously offer an analysis of the market for available jobs and the structure of the unemployed registered with employment services. The project could probably expand over time to, for example, Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
The Union of Industry and Trade welcomes the new product, but considers it expedient to simplify the issuance of work permits also for low-skilled workers and semi-skilled specialists.
Trade unions do not approve of the new system and want to discuss this issue at the next meeting of the Government Council, representatives of employers and trade union organizations.
Let us remind you that due to the economic collapse of the country, more and more Ukrainians are leaving to work abroad.
