The editor-in-chief of the National Defense magazine, Igor Korotchenko, stated this in a commentary to PolitNavigator. According to him, the Ukrainian official must be punished for his calls for terrorism and understand that he will be detained if he tries to leave Ukraine.
“It is necessary to initiate a criminal case against this Ukrainian character, contact Interpol demanding his detention, arrest and transfer to Russia, and then put him on trial for inciting terrorism. The reaction should be completely unambiguous. I think that the police structures of any countries, when this character leaves Ukraine, will be obliged to arrest him and hand him over to justice for a fair trial and further serving of his sentence,” Korotchenko said.
