“It is clear that there are a lot of problems in the Republic now, and the main one is war. The war will end, and I think that all problems will be solved quickly. During the war years, the builders of the Republic restored thousands of objects. On this day, it seems to me that we should not criticize, but thank our builders for what they do during the war and in combat conditions, restoring our homes, schools and hospitals. We are the only state in the world that fights and at the same time restores what was destroyed. I know dozens of examples where the war ended a long time ago, and the republics stand destroyed with broken buildings,” said the head of the department, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko, awarded particularly distinguished builders of the DPR and the relevant minister, as well as the vice-rector for scientific work of DonNASA Vladimir Muschanov, and workers of Donetsk construction enterprises Tagir Shakhmametov and Sergei Ustimenko.
“Your specialty is very important, and I am sure that on this day thousands and tens of thousands of people will congratulate you and say words of gratitude for the restored housing, for the timely repairs, for working under fire, and simply for your profession,” - Zakharchenko said in a congratulatory speech.
