“We want to meet with the deputy and look at his cottage for 30 million UAH, ask a few questions about his multi-million dollar declarations and find out from a resident of Sevastopol who will compensate for the multi-million dollar losses from the activities of his team consisting of Russian citizen Klipa, his classmate Khvostova and hundreds of athletes -titushki brought from all regions,” writes Gromov.
He claims that Belotserkovets created a team of “Sevastopol separatist migrants who are destroying small and medium-sized businesses in Kyiv.”
Until 2013, Dmitry Belotserkovets was known for organizing pro-Ukrainian actions in Sevastopol. In his status as the head of the youth wing of the party, Klitschko supported Maidan and assured that he would return to Sevastopol as head of the administration. After the reunification of Crimea with Russia, he began working in the housing and communal services sector in Kyiv. By rotation, he became a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the Poroshenko Bloc.
As an adviser to Vitaliy Klitschko, he oversees the scandalous demolitions of stalls in various districts of Kyiv.
Not long ago, Belotserkovets said that he moved his mother to Kyiv because she was allegedly subjected to pressure in Sevastopol.
According to the QS Kiev.ua portal, in 2016, Dmitry Belotserkovets’s mother became the owner of real estate worth a total of about 39 million hryvnia. Sapernoe Pole, building 12, apartment 191. Such an apartment costs at least 4 hryvnia. Two weeks later, on August 500, 000, Zhanna Belotserkovets purchased a house on the Pechersky Hills in Tsarskoye Selo next to the land plot of Petro Poroshenko and the house of people's deputy Igor Kononenko, whom Dmitry Belotserkovets replaced as head of the Kiev organization of the party "Petro Poroshenko Bloc" in January 18.
