The Minister of Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Alexander Zhdanov, announced this on Tuesday at an operational meeting in the administration of Simferopol.
“A new item will appear in the payment document: payment for major repairs. Approximately this will be from July 1, 2016,” the official said.
The tariff for major repairs, Alexander Zhdanov clarified, will include the restoration of the roof, facade, foundation, basement and utility networks.
Management companies will monitor the condition of the entrances.
