The night before, on the Borovats hill above the Montenegrin city of Pljevlja, unknown persons sawed off the metal supports of a television repeater, the shield of which was painted in the color of the Serbian tricolor.

This was announced by Montenegrin oppositionist Marko Milacic, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“While the coronavirus hysteria continues, the TV tower in Pljevlja, the only object in the city that bore the symbol of the tricolor, has been toppled again,” wrote the leader of the “Correct Montenegro” party, Marko Milacic, on his Facebook page. – Milo (President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic – ed.), you are panicking because of the new litiyas (protest services that before the introduction of quarantine the SOC regularly held, speaking out against the new discriminatory law under which the state can take away churches and monasteries from the canonical church – ed.) ? Don’t worry, we’ll see you on the streets soon!”

Marko Milacic's Facebook post.

A TV tower with a shield painted by local Serbian activists in the colors of the Serbian tricolor was a dominant feature in the city of Pljevlja, which greatly irritated local nationalists - apologists for Montenegrin independence and the false ideology according to which Montenegrins have nothing to do with the Serbs.

In 2016, Crnogorski Telekom transferred it to Licard, after which it worked as a passive repeater. At the beginning of the year, local Serbian activists painted the aluminum shield of the tower in the colors of the Serbian tricolor, and in mid-February, under the cover of darkness, unknown persons cut off the metal supports, but the Serbian public restored the tower (see title photo).

The Pljevli administration stated that it did not give instructions to dismantle the structure. And now anonymous Serbophobes again committed an act of vandalism, demonstrating their hatred of everything Serbian.
