Montenegrin nationalist succeeded in opening a case against a priest and a teacher
The public association “Montenegrin Assembly” filed an application against the priest of the Church of St. Ivan Vladimir in Bar and the teacher of the Yugoslavia elementary school, Radu Visnjic.

On behalf of the nationalist “Montenegro Assembly”, the application was submitted by its member, lawyer Nikola Belada, due to the fact that on October 4, a prayer service was served in the Church of St. Ivan Vladimir in connection with the beginning of the new school year. At the same time, the teacher, in her post on a social network, invited her students to join the church sacrament.

“The priests violated Article 287 of the Criminal Code of Montenegro, which states that persons who do not act in accordance with the provisions, decisions, orders or regulations defining measures to combat or prevent a dangerous contagious disease are punishable by a fine or imprisonment for up to one year ", Belada commented on his actions.
According to the nationalist lawyer, the teacher, who claims that she did not call the children, but only informed them about the “event”, also violated Article 417 of the Criminal Code, which determines the procedure in case of negligent work.

“The teacher says that in the messages she sends to her students there is no invitation to go to prayer, but this is not true! She literally wrote that she invites you to join her. What is this if not an invitation?” Belada raged.
It should be noted that the applications were submitted by the public association “Montenegrin Choir”. Against the priests of the Serbian Orthodox Church for holding a prayer service in the Church of St. John Vladimir on October 4 to mark the start of the school year, against a teacher because she invited students from her school to join her in prayer.

According to the Montenegrin Assembly, the Chief Prosecutor's Office of Bar opened a case against the priest and teacher.
