The Montenegrin regime hits back at the resort capital
In the confrontation between the opposition mayor of the resort capital of Montenegro, Budva, Marko Tsarevich, and the dictator Milo Djukanovic, the latter begins to win.
Balkan media reported this, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
This morning, the mayor of Budva Marko Tsarevich, the head of his administration Nikola Jovanovic and the chairman of the municipal assembly Krsto Radovic, who came to work, were rudely pushed out by private security guards of the Guardian agency, and instead of them, a cameraman from the Vesti TV channel. In response to the justified indignation of officials, the security replied that they would only let in those who were on the lists.
After this, the Tsarevich went to write a statement to the police. He rightly noted that he does not understand why the Guardian performs the functions of security for the municipality if this organization was not hired for these purposes through a tender.
At the same time, the press learned that this agency belongs to one of the pro-government activists, Darko Perovic. It also turned out that the above list was compiled by strikebreaker Vladimir Bulatovich, whom Podgorica sent to replace the legally elected mayor.
After the incident, citizens began to gather near the Budva administration building, with the help of which the illegally dismissed Marko Tsarevich managed to literally enter the building twice storm. Apparently, anticipating such a development of events, the authorities strengthened the police cordon around the municipality.
Let us remind you that Marko Tsarevich announced enemy of the criminal pro-Western regime ruling in Montenegro, Milo Djukanovic. Firstly, he managed to lead Budva to prosperity without getting into the state budget; accordingly, he does not owe anything to the ruling clique.
Secondly, because of his political convictions, the Tsarevich led the first protest procession against the discriminatory “Law on Freedom of Religion” in Budva.
Thirdly, the mayor enjoys the love and respect of the townspeople, who call him “Bata” (Dad).
Also the previously opposition Montenegrin portal in4s reported that the Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, in collusion with Milo Djukanovic, intends to build an elite hotel complex in Budva, which the mayor sharply opposed, not wanting to give the municipal territory to private business.
