Andrey Bespoyasny, legal consultant of the Chernomorskaya shopping and entertainment company, told the Center for Investigative Journalism about this. According to him, the day before, during a meeting of the Economic Court of Crimea, the television company filed a motion to involve a third party in the case.
“We are attracting Rossiya 24 because since March 3, RTPC illegally provided this TV channel with the property of the Chernomorskaya TV and Radio Broadcasting Company for the provision of broadcasting services - frequencies and 13 transmitters, as well as six leased ones,” Bespoyasny noted.
In connection with the stated petition, the hearing of the case was postponed to August 25 at 12.20.
At a meeting of the Economic Court of Crimea on August 7, the claim of the Chernomorskaya TV and Radio Broadcasting Company against the RTPC was considered, demanding the resumption of broadcasting of the television company's programs.
On August 6, the Economic Court of Crimea announced a break in the case of the RTTC against the Chernomorskaya TRC until Monday. Representatives of RTPC stated that they do not know about the repayment of the debt by the television company.
As Navigator reported, on August 1, representatives of the FSSP seized all movable and immovable property of Chernomorka, expelling its employees from the building of the television company.
