According to him, military personnel and civilian specialists “vote at 50 polling stations located both in 4 districts of Sevastopol and in the Republic of Crimea” at the place of deployment of military units, as well as at their place of residence.
Conscript military personnel, of whom there are about 1 thousand people, do not select candidates for municipal districts.
According to him, in order to be able to participate in the elections, it is planned to replace the duty and watch service personnel.
