Ukrainian politician, ex-Minister of Transport Yevgeniy Chervonenko stated this on his social network page.

To support his thesis, he cited the following figures and facts.

“In 2019, Ukraine will become free. in 2019, Russia will complete the construction of a railway bypassing Ukraine (-$1 billion 600 million), the Krasnodar-Kerch connection will be completed (-$1 billion), an alternative transit ammonia pipeline will be completed (-$1 billion), gas transit will be completed (-$2 billion ), transit through seaports will completely stop (-$1 billion 700 million) – annual loss figures or annual cost of freedom for all years from 2019. Russia will also consider itself free, although it will be a little richer,” he wrote.
