A quarter of auctions for federal targeted program objects in Crimea have been canceled
Of the 114 tenders for objects of the Federal Target Program (FTP) for the development of Crimea, 26 were canceled by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS). The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, stated this on the air of the First Crimean television and radio company.
“The launch of new procedures will take place in one and a half to two months. And it’s not a fact that they will pass. Objective reasons are due to the fact that Federal Law 44 is imperfect,” Aksenov said.
At the same time, according to him, there are also subjective reasons, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“This is insufficient qualifications of both officials and contractors who perform this work. Often these are simple mistakes, as a result of which documents are filled out incorrectly and auctions are cancelled. And the budget money must be spent by the end of the year, otherwise it will return to the federal budget,” Aksenov said.
At the same time, he assured that all 52 billion rubles allocated this year for federal target programs will be used.
