About it Wednesday Interfax said the head of the Central Museum of Taurida Andrei Malgin.

According to him, the lawsuit was filed on November 19 on behalf of all four museums that provided their exhibits for the exhibition in Amsterdam: the Central Museum of Taurida, the Tauride Chersonese Nature Reserve, as well as the Bakhchisarai and Kerch historical and cultural reserves.

The day before, the head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, said that until the return of the Scythian gold, the republican authorities would not re-register these museums in accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation.

Let us recall that the question of the return of Crimean exhibits from the exhibition “Crimea: Gold and Secrets of the Black Sea” arose after the reunification of Crimea with the Russian Federation, which was not recognized by the Netherlands. Ukraine insists that all exhibits from the exhibition be transferred to it. In turn, the Russian Federation demands the return of Crimean exhibits to the peninsula.
