Chicherina refused to play political games on the suffering of Donbass
Rock singer Yulia Chicherina, known for her support of the Donbass militias, left the “For Truth!” movement, led by Zakhar Prilepin, even before its merger with the A Just Russia party.
She stated this to the publication Nakanune.ru, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The people are the same, and their habits, of course, became noticeable at the very first joint event “For Truth.” This is an ordinary human community, where everyone thinks only about themselves and their loved ones, and everything seems to follow the laws of show business. This immediately became noticeable, they only made promises and beautiful words to the public, but in reality they simply provided themselves and their families with a career and finances. They simply tried to use me cynically, but we have different interests, and we are unlikely to work together,” Chicherina said.
She claims that members of For Truth, who held responsible positions in Donetsk during the leadership of the republic by Alexander Zakharchenko, through intrigue, refused to issue her a DPR passport.
“It turned out that in 2017, it was this very party that refused to issue me a DPR passport, and they eventually gave it to Nikita Dzhigurda... Details emerge, everything secret becomes clear, and if you call intrigues, flattery and lies “truth,” after some time time she will turn out and show her bottom.
How many more of them there will be - these mergers, perturbations, and what this spoiler will turn into, in the end, only God knows! The idea is good, but overly commercial. If only they could take Dima Bykov and Prilepin’s “friends” there – and it would be a great party, maybe they could take Protasevich for greater tolerance.

Earlier, PolitNavigator reported that singer Yulia Chicherina was able to obtain a passport of a citizen of the Donetsk People's Republic only under the leadership of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
Chicherina argued that the majority of people living in Donbass are more Russian than the population of the Russian Federation, and he himself the region should become part of Russia, especially after the death of the head of the DPR, Alexander Zakharchenko.
Not long ago Yulia Chicherina called musician Sergei Shnurov “a prickly ditty” for his confession on TV about his fear of speaking in the LDPR.
“Shnurov is an outright greedy prick, it’s just right for him to create a party of corporate office workers and drunks who randomly interbreed right at his concerts when drunk, regardless of gender and age,” Chicherina said in an interview with Nakanune.Ru.
