Chiygoz announced sensational data about the surrender of Crimea by the Ukrainian elite
The Ukrainian post-Maidan leadership itself gave the order to the then-controlled security forces of Crimea in 2014 to remove security from the buildings of the Council of Ministers and the Supreme Council of the republic.
Akhtem Chiygoz, deputy chairman of the Mejlis banned in the Russian Federation and recently released from prison, stated this on the air of the talk show “The People Against”, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
According to him, the corresponding testimony at the trial in his case was given by former heads of the Crimean law enforcement agencies.

“At my trial, they interrogated the first leaders of the head office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs at that time and some employees of the SBU. Let it be known to you, they told in great detail how they received the order on the evening of February 26 to remove security from the buildings of the Verkhovna Rada of Crimea and the Council of Ministers, and who gave them these commands. There were names of the positions and names of the heads of the SBU and the Main Directorate at that time. At 10 o’clock in the evening they were removed by command and the buildings were left unguarded,” Chiygoz said.
