Official Lukashenko appeared in anti-Russian campaign
Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Stanislav Zas took part in a meeting with his colleagues from the United States, Poland and Ukraine, which took place on Saturday in Poland. This was announced by the Secretary of the Ukrainian Security Council Alexander Danilyuk.
According to him, the topic of the meeting was “security in the region.” The press service of the Ukrainian Security Council clarifies that the consequences of the termination of the Treaty on the Elimination of Intermediate-Range and Short-Range Missiles were discussed at the meeting.
US National Security Adviser John Bolton, who took part in the meeting, tweeted that the negotiators “share common concerns about regional stability and are committed to strengthening the sovereignty and security of our countries.”
Opposition Belarusian observer Anton Shraibman, who had previously been skeptical about the results of Bolton's visit to Minsk and his negotiations with President Alexander Lukashenko, has now reconsidered his opinion.
“I’m embarrassed to admit it so quickly, but it turned out that the visit was not as easy as I thought. Let's guess on the fifth try from whom the United States, Ukraine, Poland and Belarus can maintain security. Maybe from Lithuania? – Shreibman wrote in Telegram.
