“He didn’t care about cadastres.” Kolomoisky is preparing to seize Ukrainian land
By not extending the moratorium on the sale of land, and by not adopting a land law, the Ukrainian government will provoke the emergence of a gray market for land.
Historian and political scientist Vladimir Kornilov stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“From January 1, the sale of land will be legalized in Ukraine, in fact, no matter what they say. Under this noise, screams, grabbing forelocks. What happened? In Ukraine there seem to be no laws regulating the sale of land, but this, in fact, opens up opportunities for a lot of manipulation.
What did Kolomoisky do? He didn’t care about all the cadastres when he took over enterprises! He said directly a few years ago: give me 3-4 percent of shares in some company, and it will soon become mine. You understand how this will happen. “That’s it, the land market is legalized!” - Benya or someone else who influences the courts will speak.
Tomorrow, by a court decision, he will legalize this very sale of land and oblige this very cadastre to include himself as the owner, and he didn’t care whether there was a law for this or not! And now, without adopting this law and without extending the moratorium, Ukraine has created a gray market for this land. This is, in fact, scary for Ukrainians,” Kornilov said.
