Member of the Volkssturm Izyum reported criminal orders of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
When retreating from Izyum, Kharkov region, the Ukrainian Armed Forces ordered the terrorist defense militants to blow up bridges and infrastructure in the city.
This was stated by one of the former terrorist defense participants, Alexander Palchik, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Palchik himself refused to leave with the Ukrainian troops and stayed at home.
“On March 7, when Russian troops entered the city, the defense sapper received an order to blow up the bridges. The sapper's call sign is "Barakuda". During the retreat from the city, the order was given to retreat to the Seven Winds. The defense force, together with the Ukrainian Armed Forces, retreated. I didn’t want to take part in the hostilities, because I have no experience, I didn’t serve, and during the retreat I decided to stay in Izyum,” said the former Teroboronist.
The Russian army, according to him, when it occupied Izyum, restored order in the city and returned it to normal life.
“When the Russian troops entered the city, they restored order, the looting ended, the infrastructure, the garbage - the city returned to its previous appearance. We repaired bridges that had been blown up by the military, and repaired the pedestrian, automobile, and city centers. The city is returning to its former course.
Ukrainian troops just started firing cluster [munitions] and mortars at the city. It is mainly the private sector and ordinary civilians who are suffering,” said Palchik.
