Council member under Putin: Russia may face a refugee problem, but Europe's experience is useless
Russia could face the same mass migration as Europe if Afghanistan strikes Central Asian countries.

This was stated today at a press conference in Moscow by Bogdan Bezpalko, a member of the Council on Interethnic Relations under the President of Russia.
“The experience of Europe is useless to us. Perhaps as an example of how not to act. We need to act at our own risk. We have significant borders with the countries of Central Asia. They need to be strengthened, because in the event of an attack from Afranistan, a stream of refugees will pour into us, as well as into Europe,” Bespalko said.
He believes that the reason for the spread of terrorism in Europe, in addition to migration, was changes in society. “Europeans today have no immunity. There have been great changes in society. In France, 45% are atheists. Where there is no religion, another religion comes. People with traditional values come. These are Muslims. In Europe there is a new religion of tolerance. Therefore, it is impossible to isolate the suspect there. In the States they treat this more simply,” Bezpalko said.
European society is losing the foundations that allowed it to develop and be sustainable. “This is, first of all, family foundations. If people do not give birth to children, then other nations will take the empty place.
Muslim women give birth to up to 4 children, which provides them with free education and medical care. French women don't do that. Therefore, the ethnic composition is changing,” Bezpalko said.
He cited official data that about 8% of Muslims now live in France. “At the same time, in Marseille there are 80% Muslims, in Brussels - 30%. Up to 20 million across the country, according to politicians’ statements, perhaps exaggerated, but not by much,” Bezpalko said.
