Member of the Ukrainian Security Council: Putin made us an offer like the last suckers
Russia will have to return the Ukrainian warships remaining in Crimea in a repaired condition and according to the decision of the Hague Tribunal. Colonel General Mikhail Koval, First Deputy Secretary of the Security Council, correspondent for PolitNavigator, stated this during interrogation at the court hearing in the case of treason against Viktor Yanukovych.

“This is the right decision,” he said, answering the question why Ukraine refused to receive its ships.
“There is such a thing - the international court in The Hague. Russia seized these ships like pirates, and it must answer for this before the international court in The Hague,” Koval added.
At the same time, he stated that Russia must first repair the ships.
“How many times has the Konstantin Olshansky sailed into the Mediterranean Sea under the Russian flag? They were driving this ship! They made donors all the other ships that they captured. They tore apart all our ships. And now we, like suckers who don’t respect themselves, will kneel in front of them and take them? No. They will be returned through the court, repaired, in the same condition as when they were captured. And no other way,” Koval said.
