This is stated in the text of the government order.

“The Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry, three days before the expiration of this order, is to inform the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine about the status of its implementation,” the text of the order states.

Let us recall that the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine supported the resolution on introducing a state of emergency in the energy sector of Ukraine due to the complete blockade of the supply of anthracite coal from areas of Donbass not controlled by Kiev, organized by ATO militants, and, accordingly, interruptions in the supply of coal to thermal power plants of Ukraine.
