The director of the Agency for Social Communications, Sergei Belashko, said this at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“This concerns the resolution of labor disputes without or with minimal participation of trade unions,” the expert pointed out. – In fact, there has been a redistribution of rights from employees to employers, who are receiving more and more rights. But society is not discussing basic things related to labor law, but, as Groysman says, some family values that have a very indirect relation to the relationship between employer and employee.”
According to the political scientist, a kind of deception has been thrown into society, under the cover of which the authorities are trying to introduce a new Labor Code, negating “the gains of workers that they have enjoyed in this country for the last few decades.”
