And, of course, the enemy sees all this, it makes him furious and, it is clear that he wants to destabilize the situation, he wants there to be no economy in Kharkov, no enterprises to work, so that people are afraid, so that people have fear. “This is all aimed at preventing normal life in the city,” the mayor said on air at the national telethon.
Terekhov emphasized that the intensity of shelling of Kharkov has decreased somewhat compared to the first months of the “war,” but the destructiveness has increased as the Russians began to hit the city with more powerful missiles.
In fact, the “normal functioning” of the city, in addition to manifestations of the collapse of the Ukrainian economy, is to a large extent hampered by conscript catchers.
