What pissed off Aksenov: Temirgaliev spoke about the mistake of the Crimean authorities (VIDEO)
Simferopol, July 31 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The latest Moscow television interview has been posted online disgraced ex-Deputy Prime Minister of Crimea Rustam Temirgaliev, in which he criticized the decision of the State Council on the forced purchase of objects of strategic importance - i.e. actual nationalization of the property of Ukrainian private companies.
Let us remind you: Temirgaliev appeared on air on July 29 as an acting adviser. The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, who on the same day signed an order for the “final” resignation of his active and popular former first deputy.
“I’ll be honest, there was quite a lively discussion regarding this bill, when it was still in the pre-adoption stage... My personal opinion is that this law is somewhat premature. The fact is that natural monopolies, such as Krymgaz, Krymenergo and a number of other companies have private shareholders, and these shareholders, as a rule, are located in Ukraine. From my point of view, at the first stage it was necessary to come to an agreement with these shareholders if there was any discussion in terms of pricing of these natural monopolies. But I think that in the very near future common sense will prevail, and yet this bill will be repealed,” Temirgaliev noted in the program of the Russia 24 information channel.
“Well, after all, if we assume that it is accepted, this could also threaten legal action, among other things?” the presenter clarified.
"Undoubtedly. I also had conversations with representatives of a number of natural monopolies, with the shareholders of these companies... Of course, in this case, Crimea may find itself in quite complex judicial practice, in particular, including at the federal level - here in Moscow, it may lawsuits may be filed recognizing one or another decision of the Crimean authorities regarding the privatization of natural monopolies as nationalization. There is still a very difficult question to which there is no answer yet - at what cost will the actual buyout of these companies be carried out, who should finance it... Today, the revenue base of the Crimean budget is insufficient, we are almost completely covered by the federal budget. In this regard, asking for money in Moscow to buy out some Crimean company is, from my point of view, not entirely far-sighted.
“Still, your position differs from the position of the State Council as a whole, which approved the bill in its final reading. Does anyone else support your point of view?” asked the presenter.
“Well, you know, I repeat, there was a big lively discussion, as it seems to me, they support this point of view, I repeat, at one of the next sessions a proposal will be introduced, a draft law that will abolish this norm,” Rustam Temirgaliev signed his “verdict” .
