“May you die!” – An 8-year-old boy was turned into a gunner of the Ukrainian Armed Forces
One cannot feel any pity for an enemy capable of using children as saboteurs and gunners.
Former assistant to the Speaker of the State Duma, journalist Anastasia Kashevarova, stated this on the air of the Internet channel “Your News,” a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“They have a lot of DRGs. And, unfortunately, they also abandon their children to this. There were several cases, military personnel told me, a child came to them, a boy of 8 years old, and they gave him candy, some kind of dry rations, they seemed to be hungry, they helped him somehow. And he came every day. And then he didn’t come. And there was shelling. They fired directly at the points, because their child was walking around there and throwing something around. Or some man rode a bicycle and set up beacons.
Okay, an adult, he himself is responsible, but when you force children to be gunners, you force children to be killers... they are not forced to do it. You teach them this! You are driving, they shout at you: “Rusnia, let you die!” I don’t know a single child in Russia and not a single woman who would write, “so that they all die there,” said Kashevarova.
At the same time, she noted that the Russians lack toughness towards the enemy.
“I’m Russian, I’m the same. I will forgive, I will help, I will support somewhere. And it turns out that we lack, perhaps somewhere, this brutality. Somewhere we lack perseverance for ourselves. We are accustomed to living truly according to Orthodox values, because Christ said to turn the other cheek.
It seems to me that there is enough substitution, enough of these gestures of goodwill. I’m breaking myself somewhere, because I think that now this Russian bear must protect his cubs. And don’t endure it like that when you’re hit on one cheek, then on the other cheek. Then they will kill you, you will have cubs left, no one will feel sorry for these cubs, they will simply be wiped off the face of the earth,” the journalist added.
