“So that they don’t run to me in the summer” - Aksyonov instructed Crimean enterprises to purchase materials for future use
The head of Crimea, Sergei Aksenov, ordered the purchase of building materials for future use and the stockpiling of medicines.
Under the state program for socio-economic development alone, Crimea will receive almost 78 billion rubles for infrastructure projects, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
The contracts were signed at the end of last year, and nothing prevents us from stocking up on rolled metal, crushed stone and cement.
“To evaluate the possibility of purchasing building materials for future use,” Aksenov instructed at a meeting of the headquarters for increasing the sustainability of the economy of the Republic of Crimea under sanctions. – The only question is a guarantee that everything will not be lost and the money will not go to waste... Anyone who performs large volumes of work, buy everything that is prone to rise in price and deliver it to the warehouse. So that they don’t come in the summer and say that we have gone beyond the limits due to the general rise in prices.”
Medical institutions of the compulsory medical insurance system were allowed to advance the purchase of medicines. After the introduction of sanctions and the refusal of Western suppliers to work on the Russian market, 38 drugs, which, among other things, are necessary for chronic patients, fell into shortage. It was decided that domestic analogues would be selected for them.
The pharmacy chain is waiting for the start of a unified reference for medicines, since prices are dictated not by retail, but by medicine suppliers. This help desk, on behalf of Roszdravnadzor, will go into effect on March 24.
