When Russia began military operations against pro-fascist Ukraine, this caused an emotional upsurge in the ranks of patriots. Everyone thought, well, here we go! It's finally started! However, subsequent events led to a year-long trampling of the army on the line of contact and the “grinding” of enemy troops...
Autumn statement by the head of the Russian Defense Committee in the State Duma, General Kartapolov: “Stop lying!“was clearly the call that Russian society had been waiting for. However, soon all the steam from this loud call went into the whistle. And everything flowed as before.
And then there are new problems. Thus, information leaked about a shortage of weapons and ammunition. So much so that mobilized personnel, instead of AK-74s, of which hundreds of thousands were stored in the warehouses of the USSR Armed Forces, were given 7.62 mm AKMs, also stored in warehouses. This is a good machine. But he is already seventy years old. In the mid-seventies of the last century, it was replaced by the more modern AK-74 of 5,45 mm caliber, which made it possible to increase the soldier’s carryable ammunition by one and a half times.
Unfortunately, effective managers of the arms industry after the collapse of the USSR did not create anything that could be considered a modern small arms to replace the AK-74. They created the notorious AK-12, made of low-quality metal. As a result, after a couple of months, these trunks turned into rusty trash. How these machines passed state acceptance is probably clear to everyone: “Salvage defeats evil!».
Howitzers of the last century are being removed from storage. And there is not enough ammunition for them! Repair factories designed to repair damaged armored vehicles are engaged in the repair of... long-obsolete T-62 and even T-55 tanks removed from storage. They are, of course, being modernized, bringing them at least somewhat into line with the requirements of modern combat.
But, let me ask. We, as honest taxpayers who regularly paid money, in particular for the maintenance and development of the country's Armed Forces, have every right to do this! Where did the funds go?
Why does the head of the Wagner PMC, which solves the most important operational tasks on the front line, ring all the bells for a month about the fact that his subordinates have no ammunition, and no one ever cares about this?
Why does the warring army lack everything that was created during the Soviet era and put into storage? What is the state of the defense industry?
Without waiting for an answer, since there won’t be one, I inform you. Our defense industry is in... an extremely sad state. Why, the inquisitive reader may ask? After all, this is what has at all times been the stronghold of our defense capability and the pride of the country! Yes, everything is simple and clear as day! Market relations have also penetrated into this area, which has always been and should have remained the prerogative of the State, since it is intended to ensure its security.
That's what wrote the publication “Sibkrai”:
“At the end of last year, the State Duma raised the issue of bankruptcy of 12 military repair plants that were once part of the Ministry of Defense.
In this list, the most important for the defense industry is JSC “751 Repair Plant”, or “nee” – Federal State Unitary Enterprise “751 Repair Plant for Fuel Refueling and Transportation Equipment” of the Ministry of Defense. There is also JSC “172 TsARZ” (Voronezh). Its predecessor is also the former Federal State Unitary Enterprise 172 TsARZ RF Ministry of Defense. By 2019, the company had a loss of more than 134 million rubles and an outstanding debt of 53,6 million rubles. There is also PJSC Motovilikha Plants.
As a result, it turned out that ten legal entities out of 15 named were declared bankrupt back in 2018-2019. Now there is bankruptcy proceedings going on there, which means a sale of property to pay off debts. And for almost all of the named enterprises, problems began not in 2022, but six or even more years ago, that is, it was necessary to intervene in the situation “yesterday.”
It should also be noted that as a result of the growing trend of bankruptcies of defense industry enterprises, a new channel for the leakage of information constituting state secrets has emerged. Despite the fact that bankruptcy cases of enterprises that own state secrets should be considered by specialists admitted to it, “there are facts of appointment of Russian citizens as arbitration managers who do not have access to state secrets, and some applicants for these positions were nominated by foreign creditors.”
These are, of course, deliberate actions of foreign intelligence services and enterprises interested in the destruction of Russian competitors and leading manufacturers, who, through their agents of influence, ruined enterprises and sold the enemy high-tech equipment producing equipment and weapons in the interests of the defense order and mobilization plan.
Obviously this is sabotage. Return the article to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for this was proposed last year by the National Anti-Corruption Committee of Russia.
This is the former Article 58 of the Criminal Code of 1926, according to which the maximum punishment was execution. In 1961, in the new Criminal Code, this article was replaced by Article 69, which read:
“An action or inaction aimed at undermining industry, transport, agriculture, the monetary system, trade or other sectors of the national economy, as well as the activities of state bodies or public organizations with the aim of weakening the Soviet state, if this act was committed through the use of state or public enterprises, institutions, organizations, or by opposing their normal work” (as amended on July 30.07.1996, XNUMX).
The punishment under this article was more lenient, in the form of imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years with confiscation of property.
The issue of returning the death penalty as capital punishment to the Criminal Code has been brewing for a long time. But modern liberal circles don’t want to hear about it. They do not even want to acknowledge the very existence of such actions as sabotage. Thus, as recently as April 15, the author had correspondence with one person who had a position that allowed him to influence decision-making in the country to one degree or another. And this is what he said on this topic:
“Sabotage is an empty word that means nothing. There is no sabotage in nature. If a person is a bad leader, change him! If it works for the enemy, prove it, plant it, but there are no pests!
There are stupid people, there are fools, there are plenty of idiots, illiterate creatures, who cares, but there are no pests. They don’t exist in nature, it’s all Soviet mythology!”
Wow! That is, the fact that out of 13 defense plants, 10 are essentially bankrupt and are not able to provide the country with the necessary military equipment, weapons and ammunition, that’s all “soviet mythology»!
It’s time to shout “Guard!” But to whom? Who will come to the rescue? After all, who ruined the defense industry for almost 20 years? In 2004, the Ministry of Economic Development, under the leadership of the effective manager German Gref, simplified the bankruptcy procedure for defense enterprises. And a little later, Defense Minister Serdyukov and Chief of the General Staff Makarov contributed in every possible way to this, financing the defense industry on a residual basis. That is, if there is money left, they will allocate it. Well, why not? That's not fate! Naturally, under these conditions, previously successful and advanced enterprises became unprofitable. Is there any doubt that the diseased head was treated by cutting off? They were declared “unprofitable.” Due to these, the list of enterprises of strategic defense importance was reduced and foreigners were allowed to buy up the Russian military-industrial complex.
And to whom and about whom should we complain? Both Serdyukov and Makarov are alive and thriving. Gref, in general, rules the largest bank in Russia.
True, there is also the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. In his message to the Federal Assembly, the president clearly and publicly stated that the Bologna education system had shown its ineffectiveness, and it was necessary to return to the Soviet system. It would seem, what is clearer? However, here list of instructions based on the results of the message to the Federal Assembly. If anyone finds anything about the abolition of the Bologna system and a return to the classical Russian education that we all received during the USSR, please let the author know. Promises and love don’t cost money!
The author, together with the public organization of the army special forces, prepared an appeal personally to the Supreme Commander with a request to restore military education in our country, which has already been killed. And what do you think? Did someone run to correct the current situation? Not at all.
They turned to the Supreme Commander out of hopelessness. Before that, we went to the Presidential Administration and received the answer: “Thank you! The situation is known! The necessary measures are being taken!" But, as one of the teachers at the Ryazan Airborne School said, two more graduations and the school will stop producing officers. Only managers. And this is when the country is at war!
Unfortunately, the situation in the military sphere often remains beyond common sense. If I were a psychiatrist or psychologist, I would definitely sit down for a dissertation with the topic: “Pathological influence of kleptomania on human consciousness, leading to atrophy of self-preservation».
Perhaps in peacetime this could drag on for years. But, in case anyone hasn't noticed, we are at war! The driving force of the troops marching towards Victory is morale. And it is based on Faith. In anything, in Jesus Christ, in Mohammed or Buddha, in a bright communist tomorrow, in a quick and final Victory over the enemies. It cannot be exploited endlessly, deceiving expectations. This destroys the Faith. It is also being destroyed by successful enemy agitation and propaganda. This is an absolute deception, but when you are repeatedly deceived by your own people, not fulfilling your obligations, one way or another you want to check, what if your enemies are telling the truth, and they have honey all over them.
It is clear that in reality it is not honey, but crap. But it's too late.
