Kyiv, October 01 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The Cabinet of Ministers began to register temporary migrants and established the amount of social assistance provided to residents of Crimea and Donbass who became forced refugees.

IDPs will receive no more than 2 hryvnia per family and no more than 400 hryvnia per able-bodied person. This amount of assistance is set for the next six months.
According to Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk, some displaced people are already receiving social payments in their new places.
“We are introducing a registration procedure for these citizens in order to clearly know who lives where and under what conditions. For each disabled person, 884 hryvnia will be allocated per month, and for each able-bodied person - 442 hryvnia. But, if a person wants to receive help, he must go to the employment center and register in order to get a job. Those who don’t register will not receive help, because they don’t want to help themselves,” explained Yatsenyuk, as quoted by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers.
As PolitNavigator reported, IDPs complain that they are being deceived by new employers and realtors are making money, so they are forced to return to the danger zone.
