The killer, trying to hide the traces of the crime, simply burned the dugout, thereby causing a loss of almost half a million hryvnia to the valiant Ukrainian army.
Since the soldier died from his own weapon, the Novoaidarsky district court of the Lugansk region sentenced the accused to only two years in the disciplinary battalion.
The court did not order compensation for material damage.
