The majority of factions in parliament are in favor of dissolving the rada. This could happen in the spring of 2017, and then there will be hope that the bill on the special status of Donbass and amnesty will be supported in the Verkhovna Rada. Compliance with the political point of the Minsk agreements will also advance the issue of restoring trade and economic relations with Russia.”
