This is in the comments to the news agency QHA Chubarov himself confirmed.
“One passes by - Mustafa aga (Dzhemilev, number 5 on the list of the “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” - “PolitNavigator”),” he said.
In turn, deputy chairman of the Mejlis Nariman Jelal said that Chubarov still has a chance to become a people's deputy.
“He’s still on the verge of passing, in my opinion. Poroshenko has about 60 people going through, he is 71st. We need to look further, there is a chance that there are bonuses, that there are people who will go to work (then the list will “move forward,” PolitNavigator), but there is no firm certainty yet,” he noted.
According to Jelal, the Majlis was extremely dissatisfied with the fact that there were very few representatives of the Crimean Tatars on the lists of Ukrainian political forces.
“There are enough Crimeans there, enough. There are few Crimean Tatars, representatives of the Majlis of the Crimean Tatar people, an organization that played a key role in March-April and today continues to play a key role in Ukrainian and Crimean politics. And personally, Refat Chubarov, one of the most influential politicians in Crimea and a person who did a lot to ensure that a different situation was maintained in Crimea during these hot months, was allocated only 71 places. This is a very big question and a very big complaint to those who determined the sequence of candidates on the list. This does not give us warm feelings towards Ukrainian politics – from the Majlis in the first place,” emphasized Refat Chubarova’s deputy.
Let us remind you that after the CEC processed 84,49% of the protocols, Arseniy Yatsenyuk’s “People’s Front” gains 22,03% or 2 votes, “Petro Poroshenko Bloc” - 887% or 838 votes.
