Tightening the rules for travel to Crimea for foreigners has led to the fact that it is now easier for representatives of the Crimean Tatar diaspora from Turkey to get to the peninsula through Moscow, deputy Refat Chubarov complained at a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.

“These are our relatives, our brothers, our diaspora. People who want to go to Crimea are required by the Ukrainian side to have $1200. We sent all the Crimean Tatars who are going to their brothers through Moscow. Ukrainian officials say: go to Kharkov, go around Belgorod, and then Simferopol. This is a shame for us!” – Chubarov was indignant.
