The head of the Mejlis, banned in the Russian Federation, Verkhovna Rada deputy Refat Chubarov, stated this on TV channel 112, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I don’t remember the numbers now, but recently there were studies that were conducted by the National Council on Television and Radio Broadcasting. The activity of the Ukrainian media, especially electronic ones, in relation to the Crimean issue is critically low. Very few programs, programs or stories are dedicated to Crimea. The state alone cannot cope here. In my opinion, all leading Ukrainian channels should set for themselves some specific parameters for broadcasting to temporarily occupied Ukrainian lands, including Crimea,” Chubarov said.
As PolitNavigator reported, Ukrainian TV presenter Masha Efrosinina complainedthat none of her relatives and acquaintances said that life in Russian Crimea had become worse.
