Chubarov shames deputies: They shy away from their position on Crimea
Many Ukrainian politicians seem to have forgotten about the loss of Crimea.
The head of the Mejlis, banned in the Russian Federation, Refat Chubarov, stated this on air on the ATR TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I would like politicians and, first of all, people’s deputies to understand that it is impossible to restore any sphere of society’s life to the expected extent and as successfully as society would like until we restore the territorial integrity of the Ukrainian state.
And in this presentation, it seems to me that many deputies shy away from demonstrating their position. It’s easier to talk about the roads in your area. This is correct, this must be said, it is necessary to talk about the preparedness of schools for the new academic year. There is a lot that can and should be talked about...
This can all be resolved only when we come out of the Russian-Ukrainian war,” Chubarov said.
