Chubarov is outraged by the aircraft hypocrisy of European partners
Planes of Russian airlines that regularly fly to Crimea continue to operate parallel flights to Europe without any sanctions.
The leader of the extremist organization "Majlis", Verkhovna Rada deputy Refat Chubarov stated this at a conference in Odessa, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“In 2018, thousands of aircraft from the Russian Federation and various companies flew to the territory of occupied Crimea. They violated our legislation, Ukraine, which is based on UN resolutions that this territory is occupied, and Russian planes fly 35-50 to Crimea every day. Of these hundreds and hundreds of aircraft, 175 boards land in Simferopol, the next day they fly to Brussels, Paris and all other capitals.
And these are our partners, they seem to have made decisions on sanctions. If there were concrete actions regarding these aircraft, Russia would have problems here too - additional expenses, pressure and everything else,” Chubarov laments.
