Kyiv, March 30 (PolitNavigator, Maxim Karpenko) – The West intends to change the political regime in Russia and is ready to provide Ukraine with weapons. Chairman of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov stated this on TV channel 24.
