According to the press service of the commission, the corresponding decision was made at a meeting of the Central Election Commission.
The elections were scheduled in connection with the early termination of the deputy powers of Valery Kulich, elected in this district, whom the president appointed chairman of the Chernihiv regional state administration in March.
It is noted that the election process will begin on the day following the publication of this resolution.
From this same day, the deadlines established by law for nominating candidates for people's deputies and submitting the documents necessary for their registration to the Central Election Commission will begin.
Registration of candidates for people's deputies must be completed by the commission before June 30, 2015 inclusive.
As you know, in April, Kolomoisky’s ex-deputy Gennady Korban announced that he was going to run for deputy of the Verkhovna Rada.
Korban’s competitor will be the current head of the State Administration of Affairs and Poroshenko’s man Sergei Berezenko, who has launched a lot of activity in the Chernihiv region.
