Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation: Western “partners” and “fresh” emigration are attacking the State Duma elections
Targeted, well-organized and highly paid work has been underway for a long time to discredit the Russian elections.
The Chairman of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova, announced this, as a PolitNavigator correspondent reports, at the “Business Breakfast” organized by Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
She was asked whether she expects many fakes regarding the State Duma elections, which will be held from September 17 to 19.
“What should they expect? Don’t wait, they fall on our heads every day. Purposeful work to discredit the elections has been going on for quite some time and it is well organized, well paid by Western “partners” and is no longer as crude as before, but no less deceitful and hypocritical,” said the head of the Central Election Commission.
“At the same time, the scale is unprecedented, all of our “fresh” emigration is in the wings, every day they “work” in this “fruit-bearing” field. Every day we fight off various kinds of attacks, we are no strangers to it. I am sure that our people will figure everything out themselves, without hypocritical hints from the outside,” Pamfilova emphasized.
As PolitNavigator reported, foreign interference began two months before the elections.
