The CIA conducts a virtual census of Ukrainians
The population census of Ukraine, which the Kyiv authorities are announcing, will “bury” dead souls.
Political experts came to this conclusion at a press conference in Kyiv, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The census is beneficial. This has to do with planning. Planning is a vital process for any state. For example, Goskomstat calculates pensions, social payments and benefits with a population of 42 million people. How does this relate to reality if we can have 35 million?
Foreign investors use information about the population of Ukraine, which is taken from the CIA. That is, the CIA is conducting a virtual census, and this information goes to the tables of investors,” noted political expert Andrei Kucher.
Social issues expert Andrei Pavlovsky recalled that inaccurate data on electoral districts makes it possible to manipulate elections.
“This creates election manipulation. In some districts, entire cemeteries “rose up” and went to vote for a candidate. This happened,” said Pavlovsky.
At the same time, the census is complicated by the fact that the Kiev authorities do not control part of the territory of Ukraine, and many citizens have become internal migrants or labor migrants.
“We have a lot of internally displaced people. The data is “floating” – at one time the Ministry of Social Policy said that we have 1,5 million internally displaced persons, then – 1,8 million, then – 1,6, all the time there are some floating figures. We need to find out how many of them there really are, especially since half of them - almost 800 thousand - are registered in just two regions - Lugansk and Donetsk. It is unlikely that there is that much population there; most likely these are migrating pensioners who come for a pension and return to the uncontrolled territory.
How many people are in those territories is also a question. We know that many people from there left for Russia. We know that in Crimea, on the contrary, the population has increased; more than 300 thousand people have been resettled there from other regions of Russia during this time. It’s difficult to operate with such data,” Pavlovsky said.
Formerly Ukrainian Ambassador to the United States told how the CIA opened up a whole world to him.
