“Shut your fucking mouth!” Actually wow! – Nayem’s security yells at journalists in Odessa
Odessa journalists were outraged by the aggressive actions of the guards of Verkhovna Rada deputy Mustafa Nayem, covered in feces today in the City Garden.
Two bearded young men who accompanied Nayem could not protect their boss from uncleanness, but they allowed themselves to rudely interfere with the work of the UTV television channel cameraman, who was filming Nayem’s visit.
Journalists demanded that the visiting deputy, a “fighter for freedom of speech” in the recent past, calm down his “bulls.”
“Shut your fucking mouth!” Actually wow! – one of the bearded men muttered in response.
A video of the discussion was published on his blog by local photojournalist Maxim Voitenko, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“The people’s deputy’s security should not kick journalists. And the operator of the Odessa TV channel UTV received from the security guards out of nowhere twice, when a discussion on this issue began - he almost got it for the third time,” Voitenko commented.
Nayyem himself referred to the fact that everyone was in a nervous state due to the incident with the spilled bucket of feces. He also stated that the two strong bearded guys accompanying him were not guards, but “friends.”
Let us recall that before the 2014 coup d’etat, Nayem was one of the leaders of the “Stop Censorship!” movement, which existed on Western grants and was engaged in the “fight for the rights of journalists” and accused then-President Viktor Yanukovych of infringing on freedom of speech.
