“Yes, it’s more expensive here than in Bali.” Ukrainians fled from observation
Some of the Ukrainian citizens evacuated from Qatar when trying to force them into quarantine at their own expense, they fled. Those who were not lucky enough to escape from the cordon of the National Police and the National Guard complain that living in Kyiv is more expensive than in Bali.
Ukrainian journalist Andrei Pavlovsky reported this in his Telegram channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Evacuees from Qatar decided to escape from the bus after arriving at the capital's hotel
According to one of the Ukrainians who arrived, they were brought to the Kozatsky Hotel on Maidan and told “do what you want.” Some simply left, promising to adhere to self-isolation.
The second part of the people went to the Pushcha Hotel, where the majority wrote a refusal to undergo observation and an agreement for voluntary self-isolation, but they were not released and were locked on the fifth floor of the hotel.
Also, one of the isolated Ukrainians was outraged that the prices for accommodation in Kyiv are more expensive than in Bali.
“We checked into a room in Pushcha; it’s cheaper to live in Bali,” the evacuee complained.
Let us recall that earlier Yuri Romanenko said that There is no systematic, consistent and reasonable policy in Ukraine to combat the coronavirus pandemic.
