“Give me ammunition,” - relatives of ATO participants blocked the Kyiv-Obukhov highway
Obukhov, July 25 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – Mothers, wives and sisters of fighters of the 24th, 72nd and 79th brigades, who are in the ATO zone, blocked the Kyiv-Obukhov highway. They came to the rally with posters “We demand lustration of officers.”

“My mothers, sisters and wives and I decided to act radically, because the state does not hear us. The Deputy Minister of Defense listened to us on Wednesday and promised a bunch of things. Almost two days have passed, no action has been taken. The guys are constantly under fire, there is no ammunition, no food, they were left abandoned. Our boys were thrown into cannon fodder. We ask to give them ammunition, food, we ask them to arm them, give them help, and involve aviation. Is Ukraine really such a weak country that it cannot support its boys? We want people to hear, to understand that war is not only for those who have relatives there. We were promised help in removing 72, 79, 24 brigades from encirclement. We will stand here until they come to us,” said protest participant Galina Golovenko.
As Navigator reported, the highway was previously blocked in the Ivano-Frankivsk region. People were outraged why mostly fighters from the western regions took part in the ATO.
