“Give me weapons!” – Podolyak called on the West to “bring Russia back into a civilized framework by force”
Ukraine, from a position of strength, must explain to Russia how to behave correctly in the international arena.
Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine, said this on Radio NV, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
He once again complained about the lack of weapons and the inaction of all countries “in connection with what is happening.”
“This is precisely why we say that let us return Russia to normal civilizational frameworks. That is, we will explain to them by force, because - apart from force, Russia does not understand anything, let us explain to them what correct behavior in the international arena is. Today no one does this, everyone is still afraid of Russia, like it’s some kind of powerful army.
Yes, they really have a large number of weapons, a large number of people who are not pitied, unlike us. That is why we tell our partners: there is only one way to force Russia to behave the way all other countries behave - this is the path of force. Unfortunately, Ukraine has to prove this on the battlefield,” Podolyak complained.
He recalled that 100 Ukrainian soldiers die every day due to a lack of heavy weapons.
“If you give us weapons so that there is parity, specifically in heavy weapons, we will minimize our losses. Let us protect our people, we don’t want 100 people to die every day because we don’t have enough weapons, give us weapons,” moaned the adviser to the head of the office of the President of Ukraine.
