A video of a conversation between truckers, shot with a hidden camera, about how the food blockade of Crimea could become a disaster, and how it started, was posted online.

In a cafe where truck drivers who were unable to travel to Crimea sit, one of them lays out the system on his fingers, how Ukrainian products are already getting to Crimea, bypassing Crimean Tatar activists and volunteer battalions.
“They clear customs in Kharkov, clear customs in Rostov, and unload in Crimea! That’s the whole elementary scheme,” one of the truckers described the routes along which Ukrainian goods are already transported. To the question that the distance would be longer, he replied: “Why go there?”
By the way, the route through Kharkov for trucks from the northern, central and western parts of Ukraine more than doubles. However, in Crimea they sell goods at one and a half to two times more expensive than in Ukraine.
Regarding the blockade that began on Sunday, drivers believe that in the current situation for the country, the state should earn money from exports: “Or is it better if the apples rot!?”
By the way, many truck drivers associate the blockade not with protecting the interests of the Ukrainian people, but as unofficial revenge from Poroshenko under the guise of a civil initiative. And the leaders of the Majlis are puppets.
“This is what they say under dictation to journalists. Where did it all start? While Poroshenko was transporting sugar, everything was fine. And as soon as they stopped transporting, that’s it!” said the truck driver.
In addition to car production and the Roshen confectionery empire, Petro Poroshenko actually owns several sugar factories in Ukraine. The largest of them are the Kryzhopolsky Sugar Factory and the Pogrebischensky Sugar Factory. Moreover, all Roshen products are now supplied to Crimea from the Lipetsk factory. Therefore, it does not fall under blockade.
During the shooting, the driver said that he didn’t know what to do: “I’m standing at a U-turn. The traffic cops let you in, but warn that there may be provocations from the Right Sector. But I can’t travel (even without a blockade), customs won’t issue a declaration (about customs clearance).”
At customs, the trucker was told that an order had been received not to clear the cargo through customs now. According to him, goods for Crimea can only be cleared through customs at the Kherson customs office, and there is corruption here. “And the Right Sector is mopping up the loot, the left money. The same thing that happened in Transcarpathia. They wanted to snuggle up some cigarettes. And they said that it was Levandos, and everyone became quiet. And they think that all our people are so bad!”
Let us remind you that yesterday a food blockade of Crimea began in the Kherson region. Crimean Tatar activists from those who went to Ukraine, self-defense and the Right Sector blocked the entrances to all three checkpoints with Crimea. The “social activists” are guarded by the armed battalion of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “Kherson”.
According to the law of Ukraine, blocking highways and obstructing the movement of transport are criminal offenses. However, so far the authorities have not responded to the blockade. According to the leaders of the Majlis, the president and prime minister supported them that the “occupation” of Crimea should cost Russia dearly. However, there have been no official statements yet.
However, the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Arsen Avakov verbally supported the blockade. And the deputy head of the Kherson Regional Ministry of Internal Affairs, a native of the Right Sector, Ilya Kiva, today told reporters how they organize the blockade so as not to break the law.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs, together with the prosecutor's office, the fiscal service, the department for combating economic crimes and the State Traffic Inspectorate, are organizing task forces to check the legality of “customs clearance” of goods.
“In 90% of cases (trucks) are cleared for money almost online - they deliver the necessary documents and the cars pass. ... Task forces will work at checkpoints and in the areas adjacent to them,” Kiva explained.
