Danilov: The Kharkov region faces a total purge and strict Ukrainization
The territories of the Kharkov region, where the Ukrainian Armed Forces enter after the Russian retreat, will be mercilessly Ukrainized and decommunized, regardless of the opinions of the locals.
Secretary of the Security Council of Ukraine Alexey Danilov stated this in an interview with Lvov Russophobe TV presenter Ostap Drozdov, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Drozdov proposed that Kyiv develop and voice “both for the rear society and for the one that will be affected by decolonization, a de-occupation strategy.”
“So that everyone knows that if we, theoretically, enter those territories, then: the concept of the Ukrainian language (like, don’t like), education (like, don’t like), decommunization with those monuments (like, don’t like).
Is there a clear vision that, after all, the state should voice this de-occupation strategy in advance, so that no one later has any worries that, oh, they came, they are forcing us. And then there will be ignoring and sabotage of everything Ukrainian, and again everything will return to normal for the tenth circle?” – asked the propagandist.
“You don’t need to ask them what they want, what their whims are. We need to clearly explain to them that friends, we have a Constitution, our laws, which you must comply with. I cannot come to another country and say that I want to live according to my own laws. The issue of language needs to stop talking about it altogether, because everything needs to be done by everyone without exception.
As soon as any discussions appear, they are completely inappropriate, because we have a law, please follow the laws, we need to end all this. Names exclusively, communication exclusively, training exclusively – regarding the state language.
If you have a desire to study additionally in some other languages, Romanian, Polish, Hebrew, please, but not at the expense of our state, you can improve your education at your own expense,” the NSDC Secretary pleased Drozdov.
